WHY CONTRACT WITH FORTNIGHT?

Out of capacity? The most common case in which breweries have found success in contracting involves growing capacity and/or brands. Contract breweries can also be a bridge to geographic expansion.

Contract breweries view it as a successful partnership when they can help you grow to thousands of barrels, positioning you for brewery expansion.

LET’S PACKAGE AND DISTRIBUTE

Another case in which breweries have found success in contracting involves moving into distribution or moving away from the limitations of mobile packaging.

Making the move to packaging means a capital investment to put in high-quality packaging equipment, storing the packaging materials, and hiring someone with the technical abilities to run the equipment. Contract brewing is a great way to test the market with a packaged product.

ALCOHOLIC

On demand contracting services for your business. We are able to provide a complete end to end service.

We can produce, ferment, package and label your product from start to finish. Fortnight was the first brewery in NC to receive a contract brewing license.

NON ALCOHOLIC

As well as using the brewery for beer production we are able to utilize parts of it for other beverage production. Some examples of this are:-

Ginger Beer
Coffee
Soda

WANT A NITROGINATED PRODUCT?

Each can is dosed with a tiny drop of liquid nitrogen before it is seamed. This results in a super smooth creamy texture and mouthfeel in the final product.

This is suitable for both beer and other beverages such as coffee.

Take a look at the process in this video.
